  • Evidence-Based Practices – I normally use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because that therapy helps clients think about and practice replacing negative thoughts. We will work together to develop skills to help you recognize and manage your emotions and gain control of your emotions as we work on your social anxiety.

  • Client-Centered Care – My style of therapy respects your individuality, your pace, and your voice, and we will focus on your social anxiety.
