It takes courage to admit you need help sorting out what is causing your anxiety and depression. Your mind races, and the thoughts won’t stop. I help teens and adults who struggle with anxiety and depression. We will talk about what happens before you feel anxious and what you believe is causing your depression. Together, we will develop strategies to help you reduce anxiety and depression symptoms.

I am quiet, I listen, I observe, and I guide. I will help you create solutions that work for you.

I provide online counseling to support your mental health needs. I’m here to help you find clarity, strength, and hope. I specialize in helping clients with anxiety, and I have experience with depression and trauma.

What I Offer

  • Online/Telehealth Counseling – I offer convenient, secure sessions you can attend from anywhere in Texas, and I specialize in helping clients with anxiety.

  • Evidence-Based Practices – I normally use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because that therapy helps clients think about and practice replacing negative thoughts. We will work together to develop skills to help you recognize and manage your emotions and gain control of your emotions as we work on your anxiety.

  • Client-Centered Care – My counseling style respects your individuality, your pace, and your voice. I have a quiet personality, and I am a great listener.
